This unique Indonesia coffee enjoys what native coffee growers call a Giling Basah process…otherwise known as a Wet Hulled process. Coffee cherries are de-pulped at the farm and then allowed to ferment for 12-14 hrs before being quickly dried and sent off to the exporters mill. This process gives the coffee a distinct flavor profile when compared to other origins.

You don't have to be a sci-fi fan to brew up our popular Vayder Blend. This rich roast is one of our only blends and is one of our top sellers. The name may or may not have come from a nerdy place deep within some of us, but in any case, this cocktail of Columbian, Ethiopian, and Mexican beans roasted to perfection is a surefire choice for the dark bean lover. Whether you're brewing hot or cold, you won't be sorry you picked up a bag of Vayder.
Have a midnight rendezvous with your brew!
